2. Dropshipping & Product Disclaimer
We operate as an e-commerce retailer utilizing third-party suppliers and manufacturers to fulfill orders ("Dropshipping Model").
  • Inventory & Availability: Product listings are subject to change without notice. If an ordered electronic appliance is out of stock, we will notify you and issue a full refund or offer a suitable alternative.
  • Product Specifications: Images and descriptions of electronic appliances are for illustrative purposes. While we strive to be as accurate as possible, manufacturers may occasionally make minor updates to product designs or specifications.
3. Accuracy, Completeness, and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, or more timely sources of information.
4. Orders, Payments, and Billing
  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance departments.

5. Shipping and Delivery
  • Third-Party Fulfillment: Because we use third-party dropship suppliers, shipping times and delivery methods will vary based on the manufacturer’s location and the customer's destination.
  • Customs, Duties & Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs, import duties, or local taxes applied to orders shipped internationally or outside of South Africa.
  • Delays: We are not liable for any delays in delivery caused by third-party suppliers, courier handling, or international customs processing.
6. Returns, Refunds, and Warranties
  • Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product. To be eligible, the electronic appliance must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: If an electronic appliance arrives defective or damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic/video evidence. We will facilitate communication with the supplier to arrange for a replacement or refund.
  • Warranties: Warranties for electronic appliances are provided directly by the original manufacturer, unless otherwise stated.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, QuickDrop, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or suppliers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of any of our products or services.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless QuickDrop and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, and suppliers harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
