QuickDrop Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with QuickDrop! We specialize in bringing you high-quality electronic appliances directly from top global manufacturers.
Because we operate on a direct-to-consumer dropshipping model, your items may ship from different international or local warehouses. Please review our shipping practices below to understand how your order will be handled.

1. Order Processing Times


  • Standard Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Dispatched Notification: You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates and Estimates


  • Domestic Shipping: We offer flat rate shipping of R150,00 on all orders shipped within South Africa.
  • International Shipping: Shipping charges for international orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Because our electronic appliances are sourced globally to ensure the best pricing, shipping times may vary:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 5-20 business days after the order is processed.
  • Peak Seasons: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or global holidays), delivery times may face unexpected delays. We appreciate your patience during these times.

4. Shipments in Multiple Packages

If you order multiple electronic appliances, they may be sourced from different suppliers.

  • Your items may arrive in separate packages.
  • Items may arrive at different times.
  • You will receive a unique tracking number for each package shipped.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

QuickDrop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs duties, etc.).
  • Please check your local customs policy regarding the import of electronic goods to avoid unexpected clearance fees.

6. How Do I Check the Status of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at dropquick84@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address


  • Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. QuickDrop is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information.
  • Reshipping Fees: If a package is returned to our supplier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

8. Damaged Items During Transit

Electronic appliances are fragile. If your item arrives damaged or broken:

  • Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.
  • Take clear photos or a short video of the damage.
  • Contact our support team immediately at dropquick84@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery so we can file a claim with the supplier and arrange a replacement for you.
