Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with QuickDrop. Because we ship our products directly from our global suppliers to bring you the best prices and selection, our policies are designed to balance customer satisfaction with the logistical realities of dropshipping.
1. Returns and Refunds Overview
We offer a 30 day return policy. From the day your item is delivered, you have 30 days to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your electronic appliance must be:
- Unused and in the exact condition you received it.
- In its original, undamaged packaging.
- Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Initiating a Return
Because we use third-party warehouses, you must contact us before sending any items back.
To start a return:
- Email our support team at with your order number and the reason for your return.
- If approved, we will provide you with the exact return shipping address (which may differ from the address on your original package) and return instructions.
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted or refunded.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect our electronics, but damages can sometimes occur during transit.
- Damaged/Defective on Arrival (DOA): If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Proof Required: You must provide clear photos or a short video showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.
- Resolution: Once verified, we will, at our discretion, offer you a full refund, a partial refund, or a replacement.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Defective/Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, QuickDrop will cover the return shipping costs.
- "Change of Mind" or Buyer's Remorse: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/model, or no longer want it, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable.
5. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the funds to post to your account.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Products with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or damaged retail boxes.
- Items that have been physically altered, misused, or damaged due to electrical surges.
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
